Since our products are digital, shipping is instant... but personalization takes a little time.

1. Delivery Method

All LullabyGift personalized tracks are delivered electronically via the email address provided during checkout. No physical goods will be shipped to your address.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Standard Plan: Your personalized tracks will be delivered within 24 hours of your order.
Express Delivery: If selected, your tracks will be delivered within 8 hours.

3. If you don't receive your email

If 24 hours have passed and you haven't seen your tracks, please check your spam/junk folder. If it's still not there, contact us at contact@lullabygift.com and we will resend it immediately.
